Take A Photo, Learn A Language
Like many indigenous languages around the world, New Zealand's native language of Te Reo is at risk. To help Kiwis learn Te Reo and explore the language, we created an interactive web based photo-translation platform. Using Google Cloud Vision, Kupu understands what’s in the photograph, and provides a range of Te Reo translations, which are sourced from a customised call to the Google Translate API.
